Four steps: 1 Find schools — filter the field (prestige & team-OVR bands, conference, pipelines, dynasty grades) and weight the Dynasty Fit score; the team list follows your filters. 2 Compare — send any two programs from the list to the side-by-side comparison and flip through its facets. 3 Rosters — the compared teams' full rosters, Database-style. 4 Talent finder — high-dev players across every matching team.
Projections = returning-core strength. The launch roster aged forward with our attribute-growth model (calibrated on all 11,730 CFB27 players), seniors graduating and 93+ OVR juniors leaving early — no incoming recruits, so later seasons are the floor you inherit, not a forecast. Season +1 is your first offseason's result.
Definitions. Dev score = roster's average dev trait (Normal 1 → Elite 4). Age score = average class year (lower = younger roster). Grade GPA = composite of the 11 recruiting-pitch grades (10 dynasty grades + pro potential averaged to one), A+ = 4.3. FIT = weighted average of each dimension's percentile across all 138 teams — the weights are yours to set. NIL headroom = total dynasty budget − roster NIL commitments: the ceiling on recruiting resources (the in-game pool is smaller and depends on each school's budget splits).
Coach mode. The site's Coach Prestige / Coach Stability grades assume the school keeps its current staff — which flatters programs you'd never coach as-is. Flip the KEEP HC / NEW HC toggle to re-grade every school as if you create a new head coach there: Coach Prestige = D flat; Coach Stability drops a full grade point with newer coordinators or half a point with experienced ones (avg OC/DC years ≥ 12), floor D. Grade GPA, GPA rank, grade filters and the FIT grades percentile all follow. A placeholder model — it gets calibrated against real in-game grades once the dynasty starts.
